In Store

Receipts must be retained as proof of purchase.

If you wish to return any item(s) simply because you change your mind, we will exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equal or greater value provided the following conditions have been met:

  1. The item(s) with the original receipt are returned within 7 days from the time of purchase.

  2. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition with original packaging, tags and labels purchased.

Jewellery, cosmetics, beauty products, and any items on sale, special promotion, or clearance are all excluded from this exchange policy. 

Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or store credit. 

If goods are faulty, please notify us of the fault within 3 days of purchase. The fault will be assessed by the Pink Flamingo Store Team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Orders placed with Pink Flamingo store will be processed within standard working hours - Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside these times will be processed on the next working day.

We provide gift exchange cards in store only. The gift card needs to be retained by the recipient of the gift as proof of purchase. We will exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equal or greater value provided the following conditions have been met:

    1. The item(s) with the exchange card are returned within 14 days of the date noted below. No card, no exchange.
      1. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition with original packaging, tags and labels purchased.
      Jewellery, cosmetics, beauty products, and any items on sale, special promotion, or clearance are all excluded from this gift exchange policy.

      These terms and conditions govern your use of the Pink Flamigo online store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. Pink Flamingo Store is located and operates from Bulls, New Zealand. All prices shown are in NZD. All transactions will be billed in NZD.
      Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the Pink Flamingo Store and then either repaired, replaced or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email our online team at pinkflamingostore@outlook.com within 3 working days of receiving your order. We may ask you to send us a photo of the fault if visible.
      If the item(s) is faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the costs of returning the item(s) to Pink Flamingo Store and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item(s). If we ask you to return an item(s), please repackage your item(s) as securely as possible. You are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. Pink Flamingo Store does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We will contact you once we have received the item(s).
      If we have received an item and the online team grants a refund, this will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 working days. You will be notified of this transaction via email to the email address provided with the original order. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process this transaction.

      Urgent deliveries can be made, please contact us to discuss this prior to purchasing.
      Pink Flamingo Store offer a complimentary gift wrapping service. Please advise if you would like the item/s gift wrapped. We can also write a personal message in a card and attach to the gift.

      -Please note that prices of items online may vary from in store.

      -Sale or marked down items are not refundable.

      Our online team operates from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We will process your order as soon as possible.

      Pink Flamingo Store is a small store and as such, our in-store and online customers are shopping from the same stock. If an item in our physical store is purchased and sold at the same time an online order for the item is placed, then the online item may be unfortunately unavailable. In this rare case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss placing a special order for the item(s) from our supplier(s) or offering you an alternative item(s)

      Pink Flamingo Store Workshops

      Were glad that you have chosen to join us at Pink Flamingo Workshops.
      By purchasing a ticket to join one of our workshops you are agreeing and accepting the following.
      • Tickets must be paid for in full at time of purchase, otherwise a space for the class you are booking is not guaranteed.
      • Workshop tickets are non-refundable, in rare circumstances we maybe able to offer you credit (however please note as we are paying to bring in teachers to take the workshops we still need to cover their expenses). If you are unable to attend, and plan on giving the ticket to a friend, please email or call us on 06 3221250 to let us know. 
      • All of our workshops  have a minimum number of places we need to fill. We can choose to cancel any workshop at any time before it starts if these numbers are not met. All ticket holders will be immediately refunded in full, or we can organise a transfer to another class.
      • Pink Flamingo Store no responsibility of theft or injury before, during or after the class. We have taken steps to ensure all workshops are safe and secure.
      • As part of all workshops, we offer complimentary refreshments. Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to cater for you.
